GREEN BAY, WI (March 10, 2011) – The Green Bay Area Catholic Education (GRACE) System today announced the selection of Allan Patek as its new President to succeed retiring GRACE President Dr. Carol Conway-Gerhardt.
“At this critical time in GRACE’s development, Allan Patek brings the strategic leadership experience that compliments our strong educational staff. This addition creates a well-rounded organization poised for even greater success.” said Board of Trustees Chairperson Gary Kozloski.
“Each day our Catholic schools make a difference in the lives of our children and families. We will work every day to earn the trust and respect of parents and the community by focusing on Catholic values and providing excellent academics. I am honored to have the opportunity to serve Green Bay’s Catholic community.” said Patek.
Patek is currently the Director of Public Affairs Strategy for Humana Inc. He has over twenty-five years experience in public affairs and strategic leadership. Patek has been involved with Catholic schools as Board of Trustees Chairperson, a St. Matthew Parish Board of Education member and Catholic school parent. He resides in Green Bay with his wife and their two sons.
Patek will join GRACE in April and assume the President role on July 1, 2011.
