HCCS Third Graders Make Rosaries
Submitted by Mrs. Mary Wennesheimer
After studying the rosary during the month of October, Mrs. Wennesheimer's third grade class made their own rosaries with the help of Lori Horkman and her two daughters. Our Principal, Mrs. Jensen, even joined us and created her own rosary. All the rosaries were then blessed and the third grade went on a mini-field trip to the Blessed Virgin statue near Holy Cross Church and prayed the rosary together. What a wonderful way to honor the Blessed Virgin Mary during the month of the holy rosary.
