The GRACE Board of Trustees will conduct its meeting on Tuesday, January 12, at 6:30 p.m. in the Sacred Heart Room at St. Philip School. The best entry is the far south door to the school labeled Door #3 with stairs leading down directly into the hall. The address is 312 Victoria Street; however, the entry with adequate parking nearby is on Crooks Street at the corner of Crooks and Victoria. Anyone planning to attend is asked to contact Cathy Nick, administrative assistant, at cnick@gbdioc.org or 499-7330 or Dr. Carol Conway-Gerhardt at cconwaygerhardt@gbdioc.org or 499-7330. If you intend to speak, please indicate your topic.

Celebrate the First Annual GRACE Appeal and Plan for Development
Many have given from the heart to the First Annual GRACE Appeal. As of December 31, 2009, cash and pledges have exceeded the $100,000 goal and equal $108,933. Your generosity is amazing and celebrated during this season of Christmas and the New Year. Our children in the Catholic elementary-middle schools of the Green Bay area benefit from your prayers and generosity.

The next step on behalf of the children is to raise a substantial amount of money for an endowment. The Board of Trustees and administration are working with the GRACE Development Committee to reach out to people who realize the impact of high quality Catholic elementary-middle school education in the Green Bay area and want to assure continuation. If you would like to assist in any way to raise funds for an endowment, please call the GRACE office at 499.7330 or email President Carol Conway-Gerhardt at cconwaygerhardt@gbdioc.org. Our goal is to raise $1,000,000 or more in the next year and one half. Checks should be sent to GRACE, 1087 Kellogg Street, Green Bay, WI 54303. Your gift will be truly appreciated.
