SUNDAY, November 22
Sunday School: During 10:00 am Mass

Faith Formation Thanksgiving Mass this week!
6:30 pm - Wednesday, November 18 at Holy Cross Church. There are no regularly scheduled classes for Grades 1-10! All students, catechists, and their families are expected to attend this liturgy with their families. This Mass is part of the FF curriculum and attendance will be taken. We look forward to celebrating this special Mass with you and your children. Please continue to send your donations to the House of Hope, as we will offer them during the Mass.

Tuition help needed/sponsor a student
If you would like to help with tuition aid or sponsor a needy family to attend our Faith Formation classes, your help will be greatly appreciated. Just call the Faith Formation Office at 468.6554. Thank you in advance for your generosity!

Why "this" Faith Formation program?
Some people have asked why we have weekly Faith Formation classes, while "other" programs only meet monthly or even quarterly. Monthly or quarterly programs are intended as "supplemental" programs. If these are the "only" programs, what are they supplementing? Students in well-structured, weekly programs learn and retain the essentials of our Catholic Faith. Isn't that what Religious Education and Faith Formation is all about?

First Reconciliation retreat
Saturday, November 21, 1:00 pm - 3:45 pm. Mass follows at 4:00pm.

First Reconciliation celebration
Wednesday, December 2, 7:00 pm during our Advent Reconciliation service.

About Holy Cross Faith Formation
All children in the Holy Cross Parish Family have the right and opportunity to be educated in their faith. Children and young adults often have questions about God. The Holy Cross Parish Faith Formation program works with parents to answer these questions and to bring our young people into a closer relationship with God; a relationship which motivates them to make good moral decisions in order to live Christ-like lives.
