Submitted by Ms. Maria Fonferek, HCCS band teacher
The students have been working very hard throughout the month of September on their instruments as this new and exciting band has hit the ground running. We have been working on our lesson book material and then coming together in band and playing the material as a group. We successfully performed “Hot Cross Buns” on our second rehearsal together! We will be working on Christmas music within the next week, with the month of December approaching quickly. We look forward to showing you how much we have progressed in leaps and bounds on our December 15th concert.
