The third grade at Holy Cross Catholic School enjoyed hosting an authentic Madagascar meal. We proudly served the sixth grade a six course meal for earning the most money during our mission appeal. We had vegetable soup, salad, shredded beef, rice, fruit dessert, and snacks. All recipes were taken from a Madagascar cookbook or were given to us by our Peace Corps volunteer, Molly, who served in Madagascar. We enjoyed a delicious and delightful afternoon together.
